Dr. Moss is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator (Q.M.E.) for the State Workers' Compensation Board. QMEs perform the examinations of injured workers that help determine the level of benefits to be received by a worker. A physician must meet educational and licensing requirements to qualify as a QME. They must also pass a test and participate in ongoing education pertinent to the workers' compensation evaluation process. More

We accept most HMO and PPO insurance plans, Workers' Compensation, personal injury claims, cash, personal checks, and credit cards, we also take referrals from personal injury and worker's comp attorneys.
